Romain LASSIAILLE is a MasterChef in the art of Patisserie & Chocolate. For the last 17 years, Romain worked in some Michelin star restaurants in Paris, in the most prestigious hotel in Staad, and for the past five years, in the 5* hotel Pullman Resort. And now, for the gustative pleasure of everyone in the south west, he decided to open Maison LASSIALLE.
